Over 5 decades of shear-rates is tapped by QATCH's viscosity sensor. This information is then used to calculate injection forces and determine manufacturability.

How to Apply the Sample to nanovisQ

Here are some tips on how to apply a drop of the sample to the sensor:

1. Stabilize your pipetting hand with a leverage (you can put  your non-pipetting hand to the instrument and use it as a leverage for the pipetting hand)

2. Pick a pipette tip that is hydrophobic, so that the drop will not  roll-up

3. Approach the sensor with the pipette tip and pipette the drop out  (1ul-4ul)

4. Touch the drop to the top left gold circle on the sensor

5. Move the tip away immediately
