Viscosity Testing Service with Only Microliters of Sample

Full shear-rate viscosity data from 3–5 µL samples, even at mg scale

  • Test with only microliters of material
  • Capture full shear-rate behavior in one run
  • Generate data early, when decisions are still flexible

Customer Testimonial

"This was truly a breakthrough experiment that your technology enabled.  Previous iterations of the experiment took hundreds of mg of material.  This really allowed me to gather data much earlier.  This allows me to make decisions about the injectability prior to lead selection. Thank you so much!  It definitely won't be the last time I ask for your help."

How it works?

1. Send your sample
Very low volumes are enough for viscosity testing with nanovisQ

2. We run the measurements
Each test uses ~3–5 µL across the full shear-rate range. If necessary, we can run simple formulation development steps.

3. Receive your report
Clear viscosity curves and key insights for decision-making provided in 1-2 weeks. Optional follow-up discussions are available to interpret results and plan next steps.

Use cases

  • Early discovery screening: Evaluate viscosity when only mg-scale material is available
  • Formulation comparison: Screen buffers, sugars, and surfactants in parallel
  • Subcutaneous feasibility: Understand viscosity behavior at relevant shear rates for injection
